Bacon
Our range includes rind-less back and streaky bacon, smoked
and non-smoked in retail packs of around 200 grams. We can also
supply bacon for sale on delicatessen counters.
Sausage
Our best selling pork sausages are Original Pork, Yorkshire
Herb, Red Onion Marmalade and Pork and Apple. Varieties in development
include a piccalilli and a rhubarb sausage.
Fresh Pork and Burgers
Our fresh pork products include chops, steaks, leg, loin and
belly pork joints.
